Short version: we collect what you send us and count how the site is used. We use your message only to reply to you, and we do not sell it or pass it on.
What we collect
If you use the form on this site, we receive the name you give us, the email address you give us, what you selected under “what you need”, and the message you write. We also keep visit statistics, described below.
Visit statistics
We use Google Analytics to see how the site is used: which pages people visit, and which links and buttons they use, such as starting the contact form or opening WhatsApp. It sets cookies in your browser and receives details such as the page, your approximate location and the type of device. It never receives anything you type into the form. Advertising features are switched off, and there is no advertising pixel on this site. You can block it in your browser’s privacy settings or with Google’s opt-out add-on.
Why we have it
Your message, to read it and reply to you. Visit statistics, to see which parts of the site are useful.
Who else sees it
The form is delivered through a third-party form service, which processes the message on its way to our inbox. Visit statistics are processed by Google. Beyond that, nobody. We do not sell, rent or share what you send.
How long we keep it
Enquiries stay in our email for as long as the conversation is useful. Ask us to delete yours and we will.
Your message on your own device
If the form fails to send, your draft is saved in your own browser so it is not lost. It never leaves your device unless the send succeeds, and clearing your browser data removes it.
